Troubleshooting

  • If your phone does not recognize the headset when it is connected Open or Close
    • Make sure your headset is plugged in all the way.
    • Disconnect the headset and restart your phone. After restarting the phone reconnect your headset.
    • Try to connect the headset to another compatible device to find out if the problem is with your phone or the headset.
  • If you cannot hear sound from the headset Open or Close
    • Make sure your headset is plugged in all the way.
    • Make sure your device is not muted.
    • Disconnect the headset and restart your phone. After restarting the phone reconnect your headset.
    • Try to connect the headset to another compatible device to find out if the problem is with your phone or the headset.
  • If the remote control keys don’t respond Open or Close
    • Check your device compatibility in the manual of your device.
    • Check if the remote control features are supported by the operating system of your device.
    • Try to connect the headset to another compatible device to find out if the problem is with your phone or the headset.
