By placing an order in our online store, you accept the terms and conditions described below. You will also receive a copy of our terms and conditions with the confirmation e-mail we send you once your order is confirmed.

The information below provides answers to the most commonly asked questions regarding purchasing goods in our online store. If you do not find the information you are looking for, feel free to contact us at sales@lumigon.com.


On orders shipping to EU countries, all prices in our online store are inclusive of Danish VAT of 25%. On orders shipping to countries outside the EU, VAT will be deducted automatically from the order when you have entered your details. If you are a legal entity with a VAT-number then no VAT will be added to the invoice.

The total price to be paid by you including any delivery costs and additional fees will appear from the summary of your order before you proceed to payment. Credit card fees do not appear in the summary before proceeding to payment but appears during payment.


Please note that in some countries outside the EU additional VAT, taxes and duties may apply. Any such VAT, taxes or duties will not appear from your order summary or invoice, as Lumigon is not responsible for these. If you want your order to be shipped to a non-EU country, we recommend that you check the customs regulations applicable in that country before placing an order in our online store.

Please note that the prices in our online store are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to change or correct our prices in case of typing errors, out-of-stock items, price changes from suppliers, changes in VAT and taxes, etc.


Delivery costs are calculated separately and vary depending on the number of items, weight and delivery address. Delivery costs will appear from the summary of your order before you proceed to payment.


We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, Dankort, VISA/Dankort, and eDankort.

The amount will not be withdrawn from your account until we ship your items to the delivery address specified by you. In case of partial deliveries, we will only withdraw the amount corresponding to the items shipped.


All orders received are subject to acceptance by Lumigon and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons.

We accept your order by sending you an order confirmation to the email address you provided when making the purchase in our online store. The confirmation email will also include a copy of these terms and conditions for purchasing goods in our online store.

Once the goods are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your receipt for the items shipped and a tracking number so that you can track your package.


To process your orders, we use e-commerce and online-payment systems with the highest security standards available. This means that all communication regarding your credit card and other personal data is encrypted so that your information is protected from any third parties. Our online-payment system is provided by ePay that is certified by the PCI standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

We do not keep your credit card information and can never withdraw an amount that is higher than what you accepted when ordering your goods.


The expected delivery time of an item purchased in our online store will be indicated in your order.

Please note that delivery times are subject to availability and unforeseen delays and we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery.


Lumigon bears the risk for any damage to your items until you take possession of the items.

Upon delivery and before signing the delivery receipt, please make sure to check your items for any visible damage. If the packaging is damaged or there are other visible defects, please note your observations on the delivery receipt. A signed delivery receipt without any notations of damaged items represents your acceptance of the order in perfect condition.

You can also choose to reject the delivery. In this case, please contact our customer service at sales@lumigon.com immediately to inform us that you have rejected the delivery.

If the delivery does not have any visible damage, but you detect transport damage to your items later, please contact our customer service as soon as you have detected the damage. Our customer service will help you with further instructions.

IMPORTANT: Please note that to be eligible for a replacement or a refund in case of transport damage to your items, you must notify our customer service of the damage within 2 days from delivery.


Any personal information you enter when placing orders in our online store is treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with applicable Danish law. We only keep the information necessary to complete your order, such as your contact details, product data and, if applicable, VAT number. We never disclose your data to any third parties or use it in a way that you have not approved.


14-day right to cancel your purchase

In accordance with the new EU Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EC) effective as of June 13th, 2014, you may cancel your online purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery of your items and are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice provided that:

  1. You have given us an explicit notice of cancellation by filling in our online cancellation form available from our website at lumigon.com/cancellation-form.html within 14 days of delivery, and
  2. Within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, you return your items undamaged and without any signs of use other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items. The returned items must be returned with all their accessories and manuals and in an intact original sales box, as the sales box is an essential part of the items’ total value. You will also need to enclose the original receipt that was included in your package and make sure that your items are packaged securely as the sales box alone is not sufficient. Please note that you will need to provide documentation of your return shipment.

Once we have received your notice of cancellation we will provide you with further instructions on how to return your items to Lumigon.

IMPORTANT: You will be responsible for the cost of returning your items to us and for any damage to the items during transport until we take possession of the goods.

When returning items to us, please remember to ask for a receipt with the tracking number of your package as it provides documentation of your return shipment in case your package is lost in transit.

As soon as we receive your returned items, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us.

Right to cancellation does not apply to individually customized items, e.g. if you have had your items engraved, or otherwise had your items personally customized.


If your items are eligible for a refund, we will refund the amount to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation notice, provided that we have received documentation of your return shipment.

We refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase in our online store.

Lumigon refunds the price of the items and any original shipping charges and fees you paid when you made your purchase. The costs of returning the items will have to be covered by you.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).

IMPORTANT: You may unpack your items and inspect them. However, if you return items that are damaged or have signs of use other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items, Lumigon reserves the right to deduct an amount from your refund corresponding to the decrease in the items’ value. It will be up to Lumigon to assess the value of returned items.


Lumigon’s mobile devices and accessories (whether included with the mobile device or sold separately) are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery or by a warranty period stipulated by the legislation in your country, whichever is longer. To make a claim under warranty, you must notify Lumigon of a defect within a reasonable time of the defect coming to your attention and no later than two (2) months after the defect came or should have come to your attention.

If your item needs repair

If our customer service concludes that your item requires a repair, they will advise you on how to return your item.

When retuning items for repair, remember to do the following:
  1. If you are returning a phone for repair, perform a backup of the data on your phone, reset it back to factory settings to erase your data from the phone and remember to take the SIM card out.
  2. Enclose a copy of your receipt.

    Your receipt is your warranty certificate and is required for us to carry out repair under warranty. If you have lost your receipt, please contact our support team at support@lumigon.com.

  3. Enclose an accurate description of the defect.
  4. Package the item securely.

    When returning an item for repair, you are responsible for packaging the item securely. The sales box alone is not sufficient.

  5. Ask for a receipt with the tracking number of your package as it provides documentation of your return shipment in case your package is lost in transit.

As soon as we have received your item, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us.

We strive to repair faulty items as soon as possible. If the item cannot be repaired, we will, at our own discretion, either replace it with a new or an equivalent product. We will contact you within 5-10 days after having examined your item.

Shipping costs of returning an item for repair

If the defect of your item is covered by Lumigon’s warranty, we will cover the shipping costs of the transport method referred to by our customer service.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).

Invalid warranty claims

Our warranty will not cover any items that are damaged as a result of incorrect use or storage, unauthorized repair, vandalism, misuse, liquid or similar (cf. warranty terms and conditions described in the product documentation enclosed in the sales box).

Protect the data on your phone

If you send a mobile phone for repair, we provide no guarantees for the data on your phone. Our repair personnel may need to update the phone with the latest software, which may erase all your data (e.g. phone numbers, photos, messages, etc.). Therefore, we recommend that you perform a backup of your data and reset your phone back to factory settings before sending your phone for repair. Please remember also to take your SIM card out.

If the defect is not covered by warranty

If the defect of your item is not covered by Lumigon’s warranty, be it due to the fact that the warranty period has expired or the fact that the defect is a result of incorrect use or storage of the item, we will assess the cost of repair and offer you a quote. If you reject the offer and want your item returned back to you, you will be charged a handling fee of EUR 30 plus the costs of shipping your item back to you. If you reject the offer and do not wish your item to be returned back to you, no fees will apply.


We do our best to represent our products in our webshop as accurately as possible, but minor variations may still occur. All the quoted measurements are approximate and the reproduction of colors is as accurate as photographic and printing processes will allow. Please note that there may be variations in colors dependent on the calibration and settings of individual screens. Also, Lumigon makes reservations for any typing errors that may occur on our website.


Lumigon assumes no liability other than what follows of statutory law. Lumigon cannot in any event be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss or damage to data resulting from the use of Lumigon’s website or webshop.
