  1. How much will it cost to have my order delivered?

    Delivery costs are calculated separately and may vary depending on the number of items, weight and delivery address. Delivery costs will appear from the summary of your order before you complete the purchase. If you order for more than EUR 500, we will send you your items free of charge.

  2. When will I receive my order?

    We accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by email. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your receipt for the items shipped and a tracking number so that you can track your package.
    The expected delivery time of an item purchased in our online store will be indicated in your order. Please note that delivery times are subject to availability and delays caused by force majeure.

  3. Can I return an order if I change my mind?

    When purchasing goods in our online store, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery of your items and receive a full refund. For more information on returns and refunds, please refer to our “Terms and Conditions”.

  4. How long will my product be covered by warranty?

    Lumigon’s mobile devices and accessories (whether included with the mobile device or sold separately) are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery or by a warranty period stipulated by the legislation in your country, whichever is longer.

  5. What do I do if I have a problem with my product?

    You are always welcome to contact our support team at support@lumigon.com. If they conclude that your item requires a repair, they will advise you on how to return your item.
    We strive to repair faulty items as soon as possible. If your item cannot be repaired, we will, at our own discretion, either replace it with a new or an equivalent product. We will contact you within 5-10 days after having examined your item.
